Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Sheng-ji-Xiangpi Ointment on wound healing after operation of anorectal diseases.Methods: Using the prospective study method,according to the principle of randomization,from March 1st,2014 to March 1st,,2016 in our hospital inpatient and outpatient patients according to the diagnostic standard,according to the admission number were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including,36 cases of treatment group,the control group in 34 cases,the two groups in gender,age,disease,postoperative wound area had no significant difference,comparable.The two groups were in 14 d for 1 courses,after 3,7,11,14 days were observed and compared.After treatment,the wound area of two groups of patients with granulation tissue,epithelial growth,wound secretions detail records,and recorded the average healing time finally.Results:The two groups reduced rate of wound area,Shengji Xiangpi mastic group was obviously superior to Vaseline gauze group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The quality and quantity of the two groups were pus secretion(pus here refers to the serous secretion,containing lysozyme,macrophage and compound amino acid,can protect the wound,promote granulation tissue and epithelial cell growth),epithelial cells and the growth of granulation tissue start time had significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group,wound healing time is 14-21 days,average 18.5 ± 10.25 days;control group,wound healing time is 16-28 days,average 22 ± 12.45 days,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).
