Research On The Effect Of Zheng's Experience Points (three Pairs Of Shoulders) On The Curative Effect Of Patients With Rotator Cuff Injury

Objective: To investigate the effect of Zheng's empirical acupoint(shoulder three pairs)on the treatment of rotator cuff injury,and to provide a basis for finding an efficient and ideal method for the treatment of rotator cuff injury in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 60 patients with rotator cuff injury who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups,the first group was treated with acupuncture and massage,and the second group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with Zheng's empirical acupoint(shoulder three pairs).The disease situation and basic data of the two groups were consistent,there was no difference in sex,age,course of illness and pain score before treatment,and the two groups of patients measured the observation indexes before and four weeks after treatment,and the observation indexes were using UCLA shoulder joint scoring system(University of California shoulder joint scoring system)and SPADI pain sub-scale.The subjective scale index is analyzed by non-parametric statistical method,the measurement index is tested by t-,and the adverse reaction is analyzed and evaluated.Results: After four weeks of treatment,the second group was significantly larger than the first group in the two groups,such as shoulder pain score,functional score,active anterior flexor of upper limb,anterior flexor muscle strength of upper limb,treatment satisfaction,length of course,clinical efficacy,total score of UCLA shoulder joint and SPADI total score.Conclusion: 1.two treatment methods can reduce the pain,activity and the function of shoulder joint in patients with rotator cuff injury subjectively.2.From the objective score,two groups of rotator cuff injury patients after treatment,from UCLA shoulder joint score,SPADI total score and patient satisfaction score comparison,Acupuncture and massage combined with Zheng's experience acupoint(shoulder three pairs)of the therapeutic effect,significantly better than the simple acupuncture massage treatment;3.Acupuncture and massage combined with Zheng's experience acupoint(shoulder three pairs)to reduce the pain of rotator cuff injury,enhance shoulder function,improve shoulder activity and improve shoulder coordination has obvious therapeutic effect,is an efficient,Ideal treatment.
