Purpose:This trial used floating needles to stimulate the pain points to observe the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic surgery, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of floating needles after debridement of partial rotator cuff tears,Provide a certain clinical basis for the rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff injury after shoulder arthroscopy.Material and method:Strictly referring to the inclusion criteria, this study enrolled a total of 60 patients with rotator cuff injury(blood stasis and qi stagnation)who were hospitalized in the Second Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020.In the case that all patients signed the informed consent form(see Figure 1),according to Doll's clinical case random table method(see Figure2),they were randomly divided into floating needle combined arthroscopy group and conventional acupuncture combined arthroscopy group. Both groups of patients were required to undergo arthroscopic partial rotator cuff debridement under general anesthesia, and symptomatic treatments such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment were performed after the operation, and routine functional exercises were instructed. On the second day after the operation, they were treated on the basis of routine treatment. The two groups were treated with floating needle and conventional acupuncture. The VAS pain scores and CMS scores of the two groups were counted before the operation,on the second day after the operation,0 days after the treatment,2 months after the treatment, and 5 months after the treatment.Evaluation.Use SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze the collected data of patients who have completed the course of treatment and all evaluations according to the standards.Results:1.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups of patients in general information and preoperative observation indexes(P>0.05).Comparing the observation indexes of the two groups of patients before and on the second day after the operation,it was found that the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with that before the operation, confirming that the arthroscopic shoulder surgery has the clinical effect of improving the pain and joint mobility of the rotator cuff injury.2.Comparing the VAS pain scores and CMS scores of the two groups of patients at 0 day after the end of acupuncture, there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients, indicating that at the end of the treatment 0 days, the two groups had the same curative effect. Before treatment, pain and dysfunction of shoulder joint were relieved, indicating that both methods are effective for rotator cuff injury.3.After 2 months and 5 months after the end of acupuncture, the score data of the test group and the control group were analyzed, and it was found that the patients in the floating needle group had low VAS pain scores and high CMS scores, indicating that the treatment ended 2 and 5 months At the same time, the floating needle group was better than the conventional acupuncture group in terms of pain, shoulder joint function score and shoulder joint mobility.Conclusion:1.The treatment of rotator cuff injury under shoulder arthroscopy has a definite therapeutic effect on the patient's pain and joint function recovery.2.Cooperate with conventional acupuncture after operation to improve the early recovery after operation.3.On the basis of shoulder arthroscopic surgery and conventional treatment, combined with floating needle therapy, not only can effectively relieve pain after surgery, but also can improve postoperative treatment effect and the quality of life of patients. The combination of surgery and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more advantageous.
