A Clinical Study On Ankylosing Spondylitis Characterized By Inflammatory Back Pain With Acupuncture At Zheng's Experience Point

Objective: 1.By comparing and analyzing the scores and indexes of VAS score,BASFI evaluation,BASDAI evaluation,ESR,CRP in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)characterized by inflammatory back pain before and after treatment,the aim is to discuss the curative effect of Zheng's experience acupoint in the treatment of early AS.2.To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Zheng's experience acupoint and conventional acupoint selection in the treatment of AS patients with inflammatory back pain,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods: Patients with AS who were treated in the Affiliated Sport Hospital of Chengdu Sports University from January 2021 to September 2021 were recruited.After informed consent,the basic information of the subjects(gender,age,past history etc.)was collected,and relevant clinical evaluation and screening were conducted for subjects meeting the inclusion criteria.The observed indicators(ESR,CRP)and scales(VAS score,BASFI evaluation,BASDAI evaluation)before treatment intervention were detected and recorded.Health education and guidance were carried out for all subjects to inform them to maintain correct sitting and standing posture.The eligible subjects were randomly divided into control group(functional exercise,n=17),conventional acupoint selection treatment group(functional exercise + conventional acupoint acupuncture,n=18)and Zheng's experience acupoint treatment group(functional exercise + Zheng's experience acupoint acupuncture,n=16),and received corresponding treatment within the group.After 6 weeks of intervention with different treatments,the relevant indicators were rechecked and the assessment was repeated.The data of observation indicators were summarized and sorted out.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the treatment effects were compared.Results: 1.Comparison within the group showed that BASFI evaluation,BASDAI evaluation and CRP of the conventional acupoint selection treatment group and zheng's experience acupoint treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);The VAS scores of after treatment were lower,and has obvious difference(P<0.05);there was no significant change in serum ESR test results(P>0.05).2.The comparison between groups showed that the conventional acupoint selection treatment group and Zheng's experience acupoint treatment group had significant advantages over the control group in VAS score,BASFI evaluation,BASDAI evaluation,and CRP(P<0.05);There has no obvious differences,BASFI evaluation,BASDAI evaluation and CRP between the conventional acupoint selection group and zheng's experience acupoint treatment group(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in serum ESR indexes among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Zheng's experience acupoint was effective for acupuncture in the treatment of AS characterized by inflammatory back pain.2.Both Zheng's experience acupoint and conventional acupoint selection acupuncture treatment can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of AS patients characterized by inflammatory back pain,reduce the degree of fatigue,shorten the time of morning stiffness,reduce the degree of morning stiffness,reduce the activity of AS,effectively improve the daily activities of patients and improve the quality of life.And there was no significant difference between Zheng's experience acupoint and conventional acupoint acupuncture in curative effect.
