Clinical Observation Of Longdan Mixture With Xiaofansan For Treatment Of Anal Pruitus Of Downward Flow Damp-heat

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of longdan mixture combined with xiaofansan in the treatment of anal pruritus of downward flow damp-heat.Methods:From April 2016 to January 2017,60 patients were included in the anorectal outpatient department,and 30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given longdan mixture combined with xiaofansan,and the control group was given chushizhiyang lotion,and the clinical results were observed and analyzed.Results:The clinical results showed that longdan mixture combined with xiaofansan improve the degree of itching,itching duration,skin lesions and other aspects of good results.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy compared with the control group,but the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group.Compared with the control group,there is a good long-term effect.Conclusions:Longdan mixture combined with xiaofansan is effective in the treatment of anal pruritus of downward flow damp-heat,and the recurrence rate is relatively low.
