With the rapid development of railway industry,the function of the railway system and electronic equipment have been more powerful,as well its composition is more and more complex,the reliability of equipment products has been greatly improved.The reliability of railway equipment throughout the whole process of the development,production and use,which has a significant impact on normal operation,life cycle,and the latter part of the maintenance costs.As the traditional reliability test method for stimulating product failure with low efficiency,long time period,and resource consumption,also may not be able to get enough failure data for reliability analysis.Therefore,in order to ensure the reliability of equipment products and efficient growth,the reliability enhancement test(RET)is imperative.Reliability enhancement tests commonly used stress-stressed measures to quickly stimulate potential defects in the product and presented through the failure form.The RET does not emphasize the real environmental stress,but to ensure that the failure mode of the same premise,emphasizing the excitation efficiency,shorten the test time,in order to achieve product reliability level.The train operation monitoring system plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the railway operation by collecting the status information such as the line signal,the running speed and the pressure signal of the brake system to promote the automation of the train operation and management.As system control core,the train operation monitoring system host unit's reliability level directly affects the whole system can safely and efficiently operation.After detailing the principle of reliability enhancement test based on that,this project took the host unit of L train operation monitoring system as the research object,and applies various kinds of environmental enhancement stress during the design and development stage,with the minimum time cost and appropriate of the test resources to stimulate its potential fault defects,and provide appropriate solutions.All of that is aimed to improve the train operation monitoring system host unit reliability level by test-rectification-test mode repeated verification,and as far as possible to avoid the train safety which would be affected by the external environmental factors changes after the product has been put in use.
