The reliability enhancement test has the advantages of short test period,remarkable test result and rapid excitation of product defects.Therefore,it has been widely used in reliability test of long-life and high-reliability equipment,such as aircraft,vehicles and ships.However,the use of reliability enhancement test data in the current engineering field is still insufficient.Since these large products are very expensive,the full use of its test data can greatly reduce the cost by obtaining more product information.In this paper,modeling method of reliability enhancement test data is studied.By classifying enhancement test data,the corresponding models according to data characteristics are established.Reliability enhancement tests are usually conducted under ultra-high and complex stress environment.Therefore,the impact of stress on the product is also multi-effect.After a period of enhancement testing for products,the performance parameters may exhibit different data characteristics due to the effects of various stresses such as: acceleration effect and compensation effect.Mainly work is carried out from the following aspects:1.Aiming at the problem of insufficient utilization of enhancement test data,a set of modeling methods are proposed to analysis the reliability enhancement test data.At first,there are three aspects of the enhancement test data:(i)the trend of degradation;(ii)the stress acceleration effect;(iii)the stress compensation effect.According to different data characteristic,different modeling methods are chosen combined with three aspects of data.2.A kind of single stress accelerated-compensated modeling method is proposed for the data of acceleration-compensation degradation.The compensation of performance parameters is introduced into the traditional accelerated degradation model in the form of compensation function The reliability enhancement data of antenna servo system is utilized to valid the model.3.In the view of the fact that the complex stress is usually used in the reliability enhancement test,a double stress enhancement test is conducted based on the single stress enhancement test data.The enhancement test data of antenna servo system under the double stress also presents a feature of acceleration-compensation degradation.Therefore,a double stress accelerated-compensated degradation model is proposed,and the model is validated by the measured data effectively.
