With the development of automobile industry, more and more high automobile performance is needed increasingly by users, and different user operation goals are not the same, reliability, durability and other automobile characteristics must be tested by a large road experiments. It has important theory and practical significance to develop a set of scientific and complete road test procedures in automobile test field baesd on user goals.Road test procedures in automobile test field need to formulate suitable reliability, durability road test procedures, specific provisions such as total mileage, mileage distribution for various roads, vehicle speed and roads mix method must be made. User operation characteristics is investigated and user operation characteristics load spectrum is built. Data collet system is consisted of eDAQ data colleter manufacted by USA SoMat, acceleration sensors and six force test system. Taking Jetta brade taxi in Beijing as test sample vehicle, enhanced road spectrum of Highway Test Field of the Ministry of Transport and Road(HTFMTR) is collected. Effective road spectrum is achieved by data pretreating, then spectrum analyzed and rain flow counted, user operation goal load spectrum and reliable life measurement are obtained by superposition, extrapolation and combination. The main results are as follows:(1) test field enhanced road surface load spectrum based on user operation condition;(2) test field enhanced road surface acceleration-load spectrum based on user operation condition;(3) rain flow counting for effective load spectrum. The study has provided design methouds, test data and technical support to formulate and amend road test procedures based on user operation goals, and is useful to improve service level of HTFMTR.
