In this dissertation, the model EQ1074G light truck as the object, the method of calculating enhancement coefficient of motor vehicle reliability enhancement test on proving ground, according to the equal damage fatigue life principle, has been researched.First, briefly narrated the reliability research developing history and current situation at home and abroad, the automotive reliability research situation and reliability test procedure, reviewed the present situation and problems of automotive reliability enhancement test, indicated that the keys to establish an appropriate criterion of automotive reliability enhancement test on proving ground are to investigate using circumstance of the vehicle's objective user and to ascertain the enhancement coefficient.Second, carried out the fatigue life test of the truck's front axles adopted grouping fatigue life test method, calculated the results on theory of probability stats, linear fitted the fatigue life data by means of the Basquin equation and least squares method, acquired the mathematical model of S-N and P-S-N curve of the front axles.Third, mensurated the front axle's load-time history when truck was running on general tar-paved roads, mountainous roads and the proving ground enhancement roads, second sampled and pretreated to the load-time history with RPCâ…˘ software of MTS corporation, acquired the relationship of the frequence of the mean and amplitude load, obtained the zero mean equivalent loads using Goodman experiential fatigue equation, acquired the Weibull distributing functions of equivalent loads of respective roads.Fourth, according to the Weibull distributing functions of equivalent loads, calculated the max loads by expanded sample method, acquired eight routine loads spectrum of each roads taking advantages of the Connover classification method, calculated the respective enhancement coefficient in principle of amended Miner linear accumulated fatigue damage rule, by the comparative norm of general tar-paved road, educed the mathematical model of calculating enhancement coefficient of synthesized roads.Eventual, gave a summary to the research content of entire dissertation, proposed the research content and working direction to establish an appropriate criterion of automotive reliability enhancement test on proving ground.
