The reliability enhancement test of forklift is one of the main means to improve the overall reliability of forklift industry.At present,manual inspection,statistics and paper preservation are still adopted for the reliability enhancement test of forklift,which leads to the problems in the process of strengthening the test,such as high labor intensity of the test personnel,weak overall scientific nature and data traceability of the test,and insufficient accuracy of the test results.Therefore,a modern remote monitoring system is urgently needed for real-time monitoring of the forklift reliability enhancement test to reduce the labor intensity of personnel and improve the scientificity,rigor and traceability of the test.This thesis comes from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's project "2018 Industrial Technology Basic Public Service Capacity Improvement and Industry Quality Common Technology Promotion".This thesis starts with the reliability enhancement test standard of forklift,completes the selection of sensor and the overall design of vehicle control end..Lightweight MQTT Internet of Things transmission protocol is used to solve the problem of real-time push of test data.At the same time,the Mosca framework is used to develop and design a cloud service message push platform to reduce the coupling between the vehicle-mounted control terminal and the remote monitoring platform.The Redis cache database and the traditional Mysql database are combined to solve the scenario of high concurrent data transmission when multiple forklifts are tested at the same time.Using Nginx technology to achieve load balancing of data requests.The HTML visualization technology is combined with Node.Js to complete the overall construction of the browser-side visual interaction platform.Finally,functional tests are performed on each part of the remote monitoring system to verify the overall usability of the system.The final result shows that the system can meet the daily test requirements of the reliability enhancement test of the internal combustion forklift,and has the characteristics of easy installation and scalability of the acquisition equipment,simple and interactive data exchange,lightweight,simple display interface and humanization,etc.The overall efficiency,data accuracy,scientificity,and fairness of the experiment.At the same time,the labor intensity of the test personnel is reduced,and the test data of the forklift is stored digitally,which provides valuable data information for the forklift manufacturer to upgrade and upgrade the forklift,and contributes to the overall reliability of the forklift.
