Research On The Reuse Of Historical Buildings Based On The "micro-renewal" Strategy

The process of urbanization has promoted the large-scale demolition and construction of Chinese cities.While optimizing the urban transportation system,public infrastructure and spatial ecological environment,it is accompanied by serious social phenomena such as cultural breakdown and social isolation,which lead to the increasingly scarce urban land resources,single urban style,destruction of urban texture and historical literature.The lack of pulse and other issues make us rethink and revise the development model of urban land resources under large-scale demolition and construction.Under the background that urban land resources in China have changed from incremental development to stock development,the strategy of "micro-renewal" has gradually become an important concept to improve the quality and connotation of cities,and the rational reuse of old historical buildings has been fully emphasized and studied.A multi-level and multi-angle micro-renewal strategy is proposed,which combines building protection and reuse.This is of great significance to the rational integration and reuse of existing resources,the continuation of urban environment and the sustainable development of cities.Architecture is a space-time marker with complex semantics.In the face of increasingly complex architectural problems,it becomes very difficult to solve them through one-time planning in all aspects,and large-scale demolition and construction are more likely to damage the muscles and bones and lose the value of the building.Micro-renewal,a new bottom-up model,will be suitable for the renewal rhythm of old buildings’ reuse in the future,and it is also the basic way to protect the historic districts and historical context of the city.Taking the actual project "Dalian Zhao and Woman’s Colleges Reuse" as an example,this paper adopts the micro-renewal strategy to advocate the "small-scale,gradual" transformation mode,allowing the old buildings to maintain their historical integrity,while meeting the modern needs of use.Micro-update,as a new mode of using "let streets roam,buildings read and cities have temperature",should be widely concerned and practiced..
