Optimize Design And Research Of Old Residential Areas In Cold Northeastern Cities Based On The Perspective Of Urban Micro-renewal

As China’s urban development process enters a new phase,how to begin the new strategies of urban development with the current needs,became the important topic of now the cities development.For different regions and cities influenced by local climate conditions and human environment,it should be developed a regeneration strategy,which fits the local characteristics.For the new development strategies of the cold city in northeast,this paper will focus on old urban residential areas and hope to develop a reasonable regeneration strategy through scientific analysis,so as to gradually improve the urban habitat space in cold area.This paper focuses on the following four aspects of micro-renewal design strategies for old urban settlements in the cold regions of Northeast China:1.We use the methods of studying the literature and the inductive-deductive method,to summarize and analyze the development history of micro-renewal in cold cities and related theoretical studies in China and other countries.By comparing the history of micro-renewal in cold cities and related theoretical studies from Western Europe,the United States,Japan and China,the study has sorted out the different manifestations of the urban development process in different countries and cities.First the cities rebuild and expand,second the cities goes into the renew phase,finally the cities goes into the micro renew phase now,different cities in different countries have carried out urban development according to their own characteristics,and finally formed a set of urban development principles with specific properties.For the new topic of urban micro-renewal in cold areas,most of the research is still in a relatively macro stage,and also need proceed systematic and in-depth research.2.Based on literature research and field surveys,we carry out research on the influence factors and mechanisms of action of old residential areas in cold regions.This paper summarizes and analyzes the influence mechanism of the composite factors such as the climatic characteristics,social and cultural characteristics,the development history of residential areas and the current situation of residential areas in the cold cities of northeast China,and analyzes the influence mechanism of old residential areas in northeast China.Then carries out several aspects such as the basic situation of the residents in residential areas,the layout of residential areas,the relationship between road networks,the architectural style of plant landscape and outdoor activity space,the building residential plan and the residential environment.The quantitative analysis reveals the causes behind the imbalance in the functions of old residential areas,the imbalance in the relationship between residential road networks,the lack of vegetation and landscape,and the degradation of the spatial functions of the landscape environment under the influence of the cold urban climate and human environment in the northeast China.3.Based on the first two stages of research,this paper summarize the “5+1”optimize micro-renewal design principle for the old residential areas in cold cities,and further put forward the “three as one”optimize design strategy.It means through the micro-renewal of residential space and planting landscape,to create a good outdoor exercise environment for the residents in cold cities in northeast China.Through the micro-renewal of residential culture need and community safety,to create a more comfortable community environment for the residents in cold cities in northeast China,finally achieve the new concept of city development based on people oriented.4.Carrying out the optimize design of micro-renewal according to the typical residential areas in cold cities in northeast China.Under the premise of ensuring the "5+1" design principle,the "three for one" design strategy was used to guide the implementation of the micro-renewal of the architectural space and landscape environment of the case community,laying the foundation for the dissemination of the research results of this paper.The exploration of renewal theories and methods is indispensable for the high-quality development of cities in the new era.Through the study of micro-renewal design strategies for old residential areas in cold cities in Northeast China,this paper proposes new ideas,hoping to contribute to the depth and breadth of research on micro-renewal in cold cities in China,and ultimately achieve the purpose of enhancing the vitality of cold cities in China.
