| With the transformation of China’s urban development from incremental mode to stock optimization mode,old buildings have become an important part of urban renewal.In the face of increasingly complex urban development problems,it is difficult to solve the problem of urban development at one time through "top-down" planning.The "acupuncture" renewal,a new "bottom-up" development model,has unique advantages in improving the vitality of urban development,improving people’s quality of life,protecting and developing old buildings and inheriting and innovating excellent skills and culture.Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and development trend of the old buildings in Shangxin street,Jinan,this paper explores the design strategies and design methods to protect and update the old buildings and improve people’s quality of life from the perspective of micro renewal.Firstly,this paper summarizes China’s urban development trend,the problems faced by the development of old buildings and the government’s support for urban micro renewal policy in recent years.Secondly,through research and analysis of domestic and foreign micro renewal related theoretical system and practical cases.On the one hand,it summarizes the similarities between them,which provides valuable experience for this study.On the other hand,it analyzes their shortcomings,that is,the relevant theories and practical cases of micro renewal at home and abroad mostly take public space as the research object,and rarely involve the renewal and transformation of indoor space closely related to residents.Therefore,this paper extends the research object of micro renewal from building public space to indoor space,and then forms the innovation of this paper.Thirdly,it discusses the development and evolution of Shangxin street in Jinan,analyzes,summarizes and classifies the current situation of old buildings and surrounding environment in Shangxin street in Jinan through field investigation and analysis,and expounds the feasibility and necessity of its micro renewal.Then,it discusses the design principles and Strategies of micro renewal of old buildings.Through the design of modular,integrated and deformable furniture in old buildings,we can meet the material needs of different groups,and meet people’s needs for spiritual culture through the shaping of public cultural space.Finally,from the perspective of original residents,migrant population and tourists of Shangxin street,this paper focuses on the research results of micro renewal of old buildings in Shangxin street.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper hopes to explore the transformation of the current situation of urban old buildings from "large-scale demolition and construction" or excessive "commercial" development to taking old buildings as the main body,retain urban history and culture through micro renewal design techniques,and create a living atmosphere of good neighborliness,friendship and mutual help among residents,in order to provide reference for the protection and renewal of urban old buildings. |
