Research On The Corporate Culture Construction Of HY Construction Company

In order to maintain the rapid development momentum in the economic development and fierce market competition under the new normal,HY Construction Company must cultivate a culture with its own enterprise characteristics,forming a competitive enterprise culture is a key link in the development and growth of an enterprise.In this paper,HY Construction Company's corporate culture as the object of this study,through the use of questionnaires,literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,as well as statistical analysis and other analysis methods,HY Construction Company's corporate culture construction process was analyzed and studied.On the basis of mastering the above theory,taking HY construction company's corporate culture as an example,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the construction of HY construction company's corporate culture,and analyzes the data collected,and draws the conclusion that HY construction company always exists in the process of corporate culture construction.In the process of enterprise culture construction,the problems are: in the construction of enterprise spirit and culture,the enterprise culture spirit of HY construction company has not been popularized among employees,and many employees do not know the concept of enterprise culture in place,which leads to the lack of core values of HY construction company's enterprise culture;In the aspect of construction,the propaganda method is too single,the company image needs to be optimized,and the system culture is in the system culture.Corporate culture cooperation has not been properly understood.In terms of cultural construction,the company's cultural activities are too single to mobilize the initiative of staff.Finally,in view of these problems,specific and feasible solutions are proposed,mainly to strengthen the construction of corporate culture from the training of employees,to create a good corporate atmosphere within the enterprise.In the aspect of organizational culture construction,we should strengthen propaganda,carry out diversified propaganda,and pack the company image;in the aspect of enterprise system culture,we should establish and improve the promotion mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism of employees;in the aspect of enterprise spiritual culture construction,enterprises should further improve the internal organization from top to bottom to open communication channels.Under the advocacy of "one belt and one road",this paper tries to build a strong cultural soft power,highlighting the characteristics of HY construction companies,and enhancing the company's attractiveness and centripetal force through culture to enhance employees' sense of responsibility,mission and sense of honor,and further optimize core cooperation.The competitiveness of enterprises provides a stronger guarantee for the company to achieve new rotation upgrading,quality and efficiency.
