Study On Constructing Enterprise Culture Of The Y Company

New changes in economic development with the development of economy in our country entering a new normal.The current China’s construction industry presents state-owned construction enterprises,the emerging private construction enterprises and foreign construction enterprises three pillars of the situation.Facing with fierce competition in the market environment,China’s construction enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position,has become a construction enterprise development issues.Enterprise culture is a magic weapon for enterprise development and growth,and excellent corporate culture is the inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the industry background of Y company,this paper makes a detailed analysis of Y company’s corporate culture,and explores the existing problems of Y company’s corporate culture,and then puts forward the construction of the corporate culture in accordance with the four dimensions of corporate culture,material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.This paper attempts to reconstruct of construction of Y company’s corporate culture,the establishment of a new system of Y company’s corporate culture,construct a corporate culture that is matched with the Y company’s development,enhance the core competitiveness of Y company,promote Y company stand out in the fierce competition in the construction market forever.
