In the course of the continuous in-depth reform of state-owned enterprises,more and more state-owned enterprises begin to pay attention to the structure of the modern enterprise system,hoping to achieve "Nirvana rebirth" by relying on this method.As far as the company YA is concerned,YN Group has always played a leading role in the development of local economy.In such big environment,it has also embarked on the journey of reform.YN Group comprehensively promotes its strategic reorganization.The probability of conflicts in various links is increasing,which shows severe instability.The ideas and values of employees in different sectors are also changing.It has caused an impact on the original corporate culture.If not eased in time,it may negatively affect the growth of the company’s core competitiveness,which is greatly detrimental to the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,building a suitable corporate culture has become an important and urgent issue that YN Group needs to solve.This article takes corporate culture construction in strategic reorganization as the key word,collects and sorts out related researches to ensure more comprehensive understanding of this issue.By means of individual interviews,the article obtains first-hand research materials and tries to explore the current situation of YN Group’s corporate culture and outstanding problems with the help of SWOT analysis method.Led by problems,the article continues to dig deeper reasons,and advocates that in the process of corporate culture construction,the construction of the concept,behavior and visual culture systems should be paid attention to.Thereby a corresponding corporate culture construction plan can be generated,providing strong safeguards from three aspects of organizational system,personnel allocation,and policy funds to ensure the operability and implementation effects of the program,so that the construction of corporate culture can be carried out at every level and stage of corporate development,and to ensure that employees participate in the critical stage of strategic reorganization with a high degree of cohesion,,thereby making sure that the development of the company enters a more ideal state.This article reaches the conclusion that in strategic reorganization,YN Group should effectively formulate a high-quality YN group within the framework of corporate culture construction by adopting scientific management concepts and research methods,innovating,and breaking through the bottleneck of corporate culture construction..Development of the required corporate culture plan should closely focus on the corporate culture construction goals,grasp the design principles and ideas of corporate culture construction,and elaborate on the requirements of corporate culture construction at multiple levels.It should also adhere to the principle of orderliness,play a good role of promotion,form a complete guarantee system,guide the corporate culture construction plan to be effectively implemented into practice,and solve the problems and difficulties in the YN Group corporate culture construction.As an applied research,this article has guiding significance for the construction of corporate culture in the strategic reorganization of YN Group.At the same time,the author sincerely hopes that the results of this research and exploration can provide reference for the construction of corporate culture in the same industry,so that state-owned enterprises can better exert their multi-dimensional efficiency in the process of development.
