With the increasing investment in road and bridge infrastructure at home and abroad,and the increase in enterprises that is corresponding construction qualifications,market competition has become increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to win the road and bridge infrastructure market,it must improve its core competitiveness continuously.A good corporate culture can effectively improve the cohesion of the company,strengthen the initiative and responsibility of employees.it may play an extremely important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of the company.After half a century of development,HN insists on the corporate values what is serving the owners and giving back to the society.It persists in the development philosophy of pioneering and innovation,seeking truth from facts,treating others with integrity,and achieving win-win results.As a result,HN has formed a unique corporate culture concept what is to build the road to everywhere and devote itself-to smooth management,innovation and development.HN applies itself to build a bright future.At the same time,the company also attaches great importance to training employees to be industrious,progressive,pragmatic,and with scientific work style.In terms of management methods,it embodies system supremacy,efficiency first,accurate decision making,and intimate management.In particular,after the restructuring of HN,the competitiveness of the company has improved significantly,the volume of business has increased year by year,the pace of development has accelerated and the scale of the company has also grown.However,in the course of development,it was found that there were phenomena such as the loss of high-end talents and the failure of corporate incentive mechanisms.These phenomena indicate that companies still need to strengthen their cultural development.To be specific,it is reflected in three aspects:Firstly,how to solve the problem which called "equalitarianism" ideology that has been brought about by the reform of the company's reforms,HN must imply a value-centered performance culture and match the pay and contribution,secondly,how to narrow the gap between the overall literacy of employees and their corporate culture vision,it will promote corporate culture concept implementing at the grassroots level.Last but not at least,the compant should pay attention to harmonize the corporate culture construction and management practices,in the end,it will create synergies for the corporate cultural construction activities.To this end,HN must follow the development philosophy of "value creation-oriented",it should imply the corporate culture construction project,clarify the guiding ideology and consolidate the soul of the corporate culture.Whatsmore,HN must create an innovative cultural atmosphere to construct the concept of team culture smoothly,and shape the management system which called "based on value creation".in particular,the corporation should optimize the performance distribution system around the value creation culture concept and stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees in their positions.In this way,the corporate value-creation culture will play an effective guiding role in the development of the company and promote the company's faster and better development.
