Since the reform and opening up,the construction of corporate culture of state-owned enterprises in China has been continuously strengthened.Every aspect has also been greatly improved.Nowadays corporate culture is an unavailable part of an enterprise.Western corporate culture theory has been introduced into China and its practical exploration in China for more than 30 years.In the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the reorganization of state-owned enterprises is an important means to optimize the allocation of resources in an all-round way.The reorganization of state-owned enterprises can promote the formation of synergies among enterprises,improve the cohesion of state-owned assets,and strengthen the control of the national economy.The restructuring of state-owned enterprises can enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the face of overseas markets.But the reorganization and merger between state-owned enterprises are not always successful.Due to regional differences and cultural differences among different industries,it is easy to form cultural barriers in the restructuring of state-owned enterprises.Once such cultural barriers are not handled properly,the result is likely to lead to the failure of inter-firm restructuring.Once such cultural barriers are not handled properly,the result is likely to lead to the failure of inter-firm restructuring.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the state proposed to integrate domestic airport resources.As a result,most of the national airports are mergers and acquisitions,reorganization,according to regional characteristics,set up a number of airport groups to integrate the airport resources in the region.The Capital Airport Group is the largest airport group in China.Jiangxi Airport Group is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Capital Airport Group.As the only airport management company in Jiangxi Province,it manages many trunk and branch airports in the province.Today,with the rapid development of high-speed railway and highway traffic and the increasing throughput of airports in surrounding provinces and cities,Jiangxi Airport Group wants to maintain stable growth in industry competition.It is particularly important to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by enhancing the level of management,cohesion and innovation,and deepening the construction of corporate culture.This thesis hopes to take the strategic issues of corporate culture development of Jiangxi Airport Group Company as a starting point,and hope to study the development of corporate culture of Jiangxi Airport Group Company,as well as the construction of corporate culture.This paper makes an analysis of the cultural status quo of China's group state-owned enterprises,probes into the problems in the cultural integration of the group state-owned enterprises,and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the corporate culture of Jiangxi Airport Group Company.
