This paper research the present situation of PSA system at international and domestic,combines the actual conditions of TW NPP,puts forward the PSA system design of TW NPP.The PSA of TW NPP as a very well basis for PSA application is developed based on design and operation characteristics,while adopted reliability data applicable to the components and systems of the NPP,and qualitative and quantitative analysis have been implemented in this PSA model.The four PSA application software:"Reliability Database System"/"Risk Monitor System"/"Mitigating System Performance Indicator System"/"Significance Determination Process System" are developed for collection and processing reliability data,evaluation and quantitative risk of NPP,evaluation the availability and reliability of safety system and determination the significance of event.These special software provide the quantitative index for nuclear safety of NPP and the foundation for evaluation risk or decision-making.In accordance with the design characteristic of NPP,the on-line maintance of safety system of NPP are chosen as typical item of PSA application.If the PSA model and PSA software finished,the basis of PSA application will founded and the risk-informed safety regulation system will founded in NPP step by step.In the process of plan implementation,the application of project management methods and tools has carried on the implementation of the project management,and achieved good social benefits and economic benefits.
