Assembled buildings have the advantages of high production efficiency,short construction period,low material consumption,energy saving and environmental protection,which are already used in many developed countries.In the process of completing the industrialization and intelligentization of buildings,China is actively promoting the development of assembled buildings.of buildings,China is actively promoting the development of assembled buildings.However,the assembled construction quality problems exist in different degrees in the process of construction,and the quality cannot be protected completely,because of the development of assembled construction started late in our country,the national regulations and standards are not perfect,not too much construction experience and quality management experience for reference.These problems have hindered the rapid popularization and application of assembly architecture to some extent.Moreover,the construction quality is a key issue to affecting structural safety and durability.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the quality risk assessment of assembled construction.On the basis of extensive collection and organization of relevant research at home and abroad,this article starts from the construction stage and takes the risk of assembly-based construction quality as the research object.This paper has used the quality risk management related theory to analyze the possible quality problems in the process of assembled building construction.Then,41 influencing factors were screened from eight aspects of construction preparation,component supply,component installation,in-situ reinforced concrete component construction,employees,construction machinery and equipment,management coordination,and environmental factors.A relatively complete construction quality risk assessment index system was established with 8 two level indicators and 40 three level indicators,it is analyzing factors by questionnaire and using SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the recycling questionnaire.After the weights of each index of determining and the study and comparison of the methods of the comprehensive risk assessment method.It is the first time that the paper has applied the combination of the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method is mainly used in the assessment of the quality risk of the assembly building.In addition,the risk assessment model of assembly building construction is established by intuitionistic fuzzy set theory.The Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is mainly used to determine the weight of each index and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to determine the risk grade of the whole project and the risks grade of each index in this method.Therefore,the model is more objective when determining the weight of each index,and the result of comprehensive evaluation is more accurate.This paper introduces a new Industrial Park Service Center Project in Chengdu as an example,and the R language programming is used in the calculation process of determining index weight and comprehensive evaluation.Then,the overall risk grade of the case project is grade IV,most of the index risk grade is grade IV,and a small amount of index risk is in the middle level of grade ?.Finally,this paper has analyzed the risky indicators and put forward some relevant measures and suggestions.
