The construction quality issue is an eternal focus of construction projects in China.In this context,how to reduce the engineering quality risk of construction projects is a very critical matter,and also an issue that cannot be ignored by China’s construction industry.With the introduction of prefabricated structure buildings into China by people in the industry,this technology has been gradually understood,with its advantages discovered and accepted by people.Whether it is the traditional cast-in-place mode or the newly emerging prefabricated building mode,there may be quality risks in all stages of construction.Problems in management,technology,personnel and other aspects during survey,design,construction,acceptance and even later operation and maintenance may lead to quality risks in the project,which will have a significant impact on the function,service life,safety level and other aspects of the project.In the construction period of a building project,the quality risk control in the construction stage is the top priority.Since the quality risk management level in the construction stage directly affects the quality of the project entity delivery,the importance of the construction stage in the entire building project can be imagined.It is of great importance to improve the quality risk management level of the construction link,and the residential infrastructure projects are closely related to the safety of the lives and properties of general public.In this paper,the risks of residential projects,especially prefabricated concrete structure residential buildings,involved in the quality of the project construction,are studied.First,the relevant status quo at home and abroad are expounded.Then,based on the research literature and relevant policy documents in recent years,the grounded theory is used to preliminarily refine the risk factors of construction quality with references to the five factors of 4M1 E from the six aspects such as technology,environment,personnel,materials,machinery and equipment,and management,and build a quality risk assessment system for the construction stage of prefabricated concrete residential projects through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,with Xingang Residential Project as the research object,the completed 10 # and 11 # buildings of Xingang Residential Projects are analyzed and evaluated through the questionnaire survey method and expert scoring method to comprehensively explore the possible quality risk factors in the construction stage of Xingang Residential Project,find out the risk points that need to be focused on,and propose specific implementable countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to offering certain guidance in the quality risk management of the 12#,15# and 17# buildings under construction in Hefei Xingang Residential Project,helping the Xingang Residential Project avoid potential risks in the construction process,and providing reference for the quality risk management of similar prefabricated concrete building structure residential projects.In the research process,the research method of combining theoretical knowledge with practice and combining qualitative and quantitative research is selected.The main innovation lies in the innovation of the indicator system construction method.On the basis of previous academic research results,and based on the latest policy documents and interview materials of the construction industry,the hierarchical grounded theory as the research method is applied to the field of modern prefabricated buildings,making the refinement of quality risk factors more comprehensive and objective.The construction quality risk assessment model as established helps people make scientific and correct judgments on the construction quality issues of prefabricated structures,and based on the scoring results,the risk issues that may exist in the construction quality can be managed through corresponding management methods,resulting in certain practical significance.
