In recent years,with the fast development of the economy,people have put forward higher requirements on the product quality of manufacturing enterprises.The Chinese government has also promulgated a series of laws and regulations on product quality of enterprises,but product quality accidents still occur in manufacturing companies from time to time.The main reason is that the manufacturing enterprise's production and operation process and its environment are complicated and changeable,which leads to more and more uncertain factors.It can be seen that in the process of production and operation of manufacturing enterprises,the uncertain factors that may cause products or services to fail to meet the requirements of laws and regulations or to meet customer requirements,comprehensive identification and scientific evaluation are urgent issues for manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,based on the research status of quality risk assessment,this paper studies the quality risk identification and evaluation model of manufacturing enterprises.First,summarizes the deficiencies in the research on quality risk assessment of manufacturing companies based on a review of the relevant theories and research status of quality risk assessment;Second,to solve the problem of lack of a systematic theoretical framework for quality risk identification,based on the perspective of the quality chain,a three-dimensional identification model of quality risks for manufacturing enterprises based on quality participants,quality formation process,and quality environment was constructed.Based on three dimensions,comprehensively using three methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews to identify and determine 34 key quality Risk factors;In order to overcome the one-sidedness and shortcomings of describing risk only from the two-dimensional attributes of risk probability and loss,the multidimensional attribute of risk was introduced,and a four-dimensional attribute evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprise quality risk based on probability,loss,unpredictability and uncontrollability was constructed;In order to improve the problem of insufficient objectiveness of the evaluation results due to the complexity of the quality risk system of the manufacturing enterprise,the ambiguity of the risk assessor's thinking and the limitations of cognition,the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number is used to describe the attribute value of quality risk;In order to overcome the shortcomings of considering only attribute index weights and assuming equal expert weights,intuitionistic fuzzy entropy was used to determine the decision expert weights,and the combined weights of attribute indexes were determined by solving the entropy weights of the triangular fuzzy number and the intuitionistic fuzzy number;In order to avoid the limitation and one-sidedness of the single risk evaluation method,as well as the inconsistency of the evaluation and ranking results of multiple methods,the multi-attribute group decision-making method is used,based on the combination evaluation idea,by scoring function,TOPSIS method,gray correlation projection The three evaluation methods are extended to the situation of intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers,forming the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy score function,the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy TOPSIS method,and the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy gray correlation projection method.Taking the three extended evaluation methods as method sets,constructed a combination evaluation model of quality risk based on fuzzy Borda method for manufacturing enterprises,to achieve the complementary advantages of a single evaluation method,and proposed an intuitionistic triangular fuzzy combination evaluation method based on fuzzy Borda method,which is a useful supplement to the existing combination evaluation method.At the same time,the Kendall-W coefficient and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient are used to perform the consistency test before and after the combination,which can ensure that the quality risk assessment results of the manufacturing enterprise are more scientific and feasible.Finally,combined with the actual implementation of the G company,the application research of the quality risk assessment model of the manufacturing enterprise was carried out,and the implementation suggestions for the follow-up quality risk prevention and response of the G company were proposed.
