With the vigorous development of the prefabricated construction industry in China and the deepening of the process of construction industrialization,prefabricated construction has become a hot topic in the construction industry and the main research direction of relevant experts.At the same time,the state's requirements for the quality and standardization of prefabricated buildings are constantly improving,and a series of policy standards have been issued to standardize the entire prefabricated building industry and ensure its healthy development while popularizing on a large scale.However,the main reason that currently restricts the development of prefabricated buildings is the quality of the building itself,and the quality of prefabricated components is the key to the quality of prefabricated buildings.Throughout the entire prefabricated component manufacturing industry,many enterprises have more or less problems such as unsound system standards,inadequate quality control and high production costs,resulting in uneven quality of prefabricated components.Based on this,this article aims to improve the quality of prefabricated components and conducts relevant research on the production quality risks of prefabricated components.The specific research route is as follows: First,through the analysis of the current research status of the quality of prefabricated components,it is determined to improve the quality management level of prefabricated components for the purpose of improving the quality risk assessment system of prefabricated components;then,the production quality of prefabricated components The relevant concepts of risk assessment are defined,and the research methods of this paper are determined through the comparison of risk identification and risk assessment methods;secondly,the quality problems that often occur in prefabricated components are collected by referring to quality specification standards and field investigations,using fish bones The figure analyzes the quality problems and combines the literature research to identify the risk influencing factors,establish the risk factor list,interview the experts and issue a questionnaire survey,and adjust the risk factor list according to the results of the expert questionnaire survey;again,use the entropy weight method to identify Key risk factors and establish a pre-fabricated component production quality risk evaluation index system,use the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the risk evaluation index and combine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish apre-fabricated component production quality risk evaluation model;The model Y companies produce quality components as a case risk assessment,analysis and evaluation of the results and recommendations are given.Research conclusion: By comparing the risk assessment results of Enterprise Y with the actual production conditions,the two are basically in agreement,verifying that the risk assessment model established in this paper is reasonable and effective;from the evaluation results,the personnel factor and the system plan factor are the components of quality The two most influential factors,the professionalism of production personnel,the advanced nature of production equipment,the ability to trace product quality,the quality of the production environment,and the quality of raw materials should be the focus of enterprise production quality management.
