With the rapid development of society,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,as heavy industry,iron and steel enterprises in the tide of competition performance is more apparent,in order to guarantee the enterprise in an impregnable position,more and more paid attention to the training of Front-line staff,iron and steel enterprise and training is considered an important form of investment of human resources in iron and steel enterprises.In recent years,Tangshan B iron and steel company for the training of employees awareness has increased,but in the process,to the operation of the front-line staff training department training needs the scientific nature,the Front-line staff training plan with the company's needs and development does not match,a glimmer of employee engagement and enthusiasm insufficient problems still exist,such as training employees to a certain extent,led to the enterprise to reach the desired effect,wasted the enterprise resources,reduces the staff training enthusiasm,so training system needs to be further optimized.In this thesis or dissertation,on the basis of combing the related literature at home and abroad,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method,a line of Tangshan B iron and steel company employee training present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,found a line B steel company staff training system,the deficiencies and problems in outstanding performance in the Front-line staff training plan with the company's needs and personal development can not match,organize the training times is limited,single way of training is too boring,shortage of training teachers,training courses and training schedule is unreasonable,staff training participation enthusiasm is relatively poor,based on this,advances the Front-line staff training system optimization countermeasures and safeguards,In order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,front-line employees are motivated to improve their professional skills and quality.
