Research On Optimization Of Supplier Management System Of HD Real Estate Shanxi Company

Subject to the influence of the policies,the supply and the demand,the year of 2017 witnessed the most dramatic decline in the performance of the real estate industry in recent years.The growth rate of real estate investment slowed down obviously while the growth rate of commercial housing price dropped sharply.However,the land prices are still in the rising stage.To maintain normal profits,various real estate developers have to carry out enterprise internal cost control.The management control of procurement is an essential aspect of cost control for an real estate developer.Besides,procurement management in real estate development directly affects the quality and schedule of construction.So,it is extremely important for an real estate developer to optimize the procurement management.As the supplier management is the most important content in the procurement management,the research on related issues is very urgent and important.Based on the theory of supplier management and the relevant theory of real estate project management,this paper takes the HD Real Estate Shanxi Company as main research object to analyze the supplier management issues occurred by the real estate developer HD Company in the bidding process,such as unscientific suppliers library establishment,unsound supplier selection evaluation system and imperfect supplier performance appraisal system,strive to find out the causes and make summary.With reference to the existing scientific theory methods and in combination with the actual situation of the HD Company,this paper puts forward the solutions,gives the optimization suggestion for the HD Company's supplier management system,comes up with the optimization proposal and ensures the guarantee measures to be implemented.
