At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal stage.The economic development mode is changing from scale speed to extensive growth to quality and efficiency intensive growth.China's textile industry is suffering from the dual blow from the population bonus of the less developed countries and the innovation advantage of the developed countries.The textile enterprise's strategic transformation has become the key to adapting to the new normal economy.In addition,due to the differences in national conditions,the advanced management theory and experience introduced from the West often occur in the process of local practice.Based on the above background,this paper constructs a matching model based on the textile enterprise's strategy and performance management mode,and identifies four different matching methods based on the strategy and performance management mode,and puts forward the corresponding assumptions.60 textile enterprises were investigated by questionnaire.According to the 279 valid questionnaires,this paper classifies the enterprise strategy and performance management model by cluster analysis,and analyzes the relationship between enterprise strategy,performance management model and enterprise performance by correlation analysis and regression analysis,and uses a contingency table to analyze the impact of different enterprise strategies and performance management models on corporate performance.The innovations and conclusions of this paper:The first innovation point: Based on the previous research,this paper draws on the concept of strategic matching and proposes the matching of performance management and enterprise strategy.Second innovation points: Based on the performance of the sample enterprise,This paper determines the matching of the enterprise strategy and the performance management model.Conclusion: From the perspective of representation,enterprise strategy has a negative correlation with performance,and exploratory strategy has a significant inhibitory effect on business performance,and the relationship between performance management and enterprise performance is not obvious.However,from the point of the matching between strategy and performance management mode,this paper find that matching strategy and performance management mode have a positive effect on business performance.
