| Excellent Performance Management Model is derived from the Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria, which has been widely used in many countries now. It provides an evaluation method. The enterprise can be integrated through the Excellent Management Performance Model modern management concepts and methods to evaluate the results of the management of the enterprise, so that enterprises continue from good to great.This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad of the Excellent Performance Management Model and comprehensive management of social responsibility, based on the national quality supervision and inspection and Quarantine Bureau promulgated the "excellent performance evaluation criteria"(GB/T 19580-2012) required content. Around the seven elements of Excellent Performance Management Model, with a Shuanghong textile enterprise as the research object, explore textile enterprises how to implement Excellent Performance Management Model. Firstly, this paper studied the achievement of Shuanghong company pursuing performance excellence, it also analyzes factors of Shuanghong company’s performance excellence management model. Secondly, this paper retrieves the empirical analysis data through the form of questionnaire survey. And it carries on descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis of the questionnaire data. Finally, the paper builds a structural equation model to analyze the effect of the Shuanghong company excellence performance management model, and it draws the following conclusions:(1) Leadership has a positive correlation effect on the result of the operation(2) Process management and strategy have a positive correlation effect on the result of the operation, but strategy has week effect.(3) Customers and the market have a positive correlation effect on the result of the operation(4) Resources have a positive correlation effect on the result of the operation.(5) Measurement, analysis and improvement’s effect can’t verify.Based on the empirical analysis result, this research puts forward policies and suggestions for textile enterprises of our country to implement performance excellence management, and it promotes excellent textile enterprises of our country to establish Performance Excellence Management Model. These textile enterprises obtain outstanding operating performance and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises to actively participate in international competition, which makes textile enterprises of our country obtain sustainable competitive ability in the fierce international market. |
