Research On The Application Of TPM In The Equipment Management Of LT Company In Textile Enterprises

At present,the development of textile enterprises' equipment shows a trend of automation,informatization,integration,and precision,and the dependence of enterprises on various devices is increasing day by day.The contradiction between advanced equipment and backward management is increasingly prominent.With the increasingly fierce competition in the textile industry,various equipment has become a key factor affecting the survival and development of enterprises.How to ensure the efficient operation of equipment,reduce the maintenance costs of equipment,and extend the service life of equipment are plaguing many textile companies.Under this background,many scholars have researched that TPM(Total production maintenance)can promote the enterprise's equipment management level,improve the equipment management system,improve the overall efficiency of equipment,and then improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the application of TPM in LT company as the research case,focusing on the analysis of LT company equipment management problems,reasons,describing the process of TPM propulsion in the company.First of all,this article describes the research background,significance,and summarizes domestic and foreign research results.Secondly,this paper introduces TPM related theories.The third part analyzes the problems in LT company's equipment management.The fourth part focuses on TPM in LT company.The process of promotion;the fifth part is mainly rationalization of recommendations and employee incentives,related process re-engineering,carding,and equipment management system information.In the sixth part of this paper,the effect ofimplementing TPM in LT company is evaluated.Through the research and analysis of the implementation of TPM in LT company,this paper holds that TPM is beneficial to improve the equipment management level of textile enterprises.LT company's implementation steps and key work for other textile enterprises to implement TPM project has certain reference significance.
