With the increasing scale of business expansion and deepening of market competition, people have new demands on enterprise management, the traditional management concepts have been unable to meet the development of enterprises,and even become one of the factors restricting the development of enterprises,we have an urgent need of further breakthroughs in the enterprise management theory and practice.Performance Management as an important component of the enterprise management,attracts more and more emphasis of entrepreneurship with its global wide application.Performance management can not only help employees improve performance, but also an important means to protect the company to achieve strategic goals.Establishing a scientific and effective performance management system is the core work related to corporate survival and sustainable development, which can access to a competitive advantage. In particular, as a traditional enterprise, to strengthen performance management, improve enterprise competitiveness through the effective management, is an important issue placed in front of corporate managers.To Hangzhou Yoniner Textile Co., Ltd, how to survive the fierce competition and development, and thus gain a competitive advantage, how to improve the company's performance level by performance management, have important significance on the sustainable development of oniner.Against this background, Writer regard Hangzhou Yoniner Textile Co.,Ltd. as the research object, focus on performance-management focus, to analysis problems existed,BSC as a new type of strategic management and performance appraisal work, has its unique advantages, It link to the company's vision, mission and development objectives, achieves the combination of implementation strategies and performance. At the same time, the BSC designs specifications decomposing from the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth,which compensates for the traditional financial indicators only concerned with the inadequacies, achieves the balance between financial targets and non-financial indicators,achieves a balance of short-term interests and long-term interests. In this paper, by studying at home and abroad enterprises on the basis of performance management experience, it analysis the main problems of YoninerTextile Co.,Ltd.during the implementation process of performance management,establish enterprises key performance indicator system through application of the Balanced Scorecard,optimizing the performance management programs.In addition, this article through a set of performance management system design,providing a reference and learning for other domestic enterprises with the election,design and application of BSC according to their own characteristics.
