With the rapid development of global economic integration,more and more enterprises are racing to control the market and resources in worldwide and seeking for substantial development space.The scientific and effectiveness of human resource management greatly affects the enterprise's multinational development and operation.In the face of different cultural backgrounds,enterprises should understand and comply with the legal system of the host country,respect local cultural customs and religious beliefs,in order to integrate into local culture as soon as possible.On the other hand,enterprises should also give full consideration to the local people's unique way of thinking,living habits,working characteristics and values,in order to reduce the contradictions and conflicts,realize the scientific and effective cross-cultural management.The Africa continent contains abundant resources,sufficient labor force and huge potential market,which has a strong attraction for the enterprises of various countries.In recent years,with the increasing number of Chinese enterprises invest in Africa,the competition among these enterprises becoming more and more serious.In addition,the special natural conditions and complex humanistic environment of African countries influence and restrict the development of enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,entering Africa is both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese enterprises.In this paper,we select C enterprise's cross-culture human resource management in Nigeria as the object of study,research from the perspective of cultural differences,and start with related theory knowledge,analysis the enterprise's human resources management situation in the country,figure out problems and the roots.On the basis of theoretical guidance and the reality,give suitable suggestions on cross-cultural training,team building,performance evaluation and salary system,and ultimately to develop a more scientific and reasonable method of human resource management.
