With the globalization of the world economy, more and more companies are putting themselves into this competitive world market via crossing the border. This ever increasing international economical intercourse has not only made the reset and deployment of the economical resource in the world wide, but also caused the employees from the different culture working in the same company. Therefore, cross culture management, especially in the multi-culture background, has becoming one of the critical operating strategy in the multi-national company.A company in this thesis, which is wholly ownnered Korean company in China, is one of 500 Fortune. Some achievement has been made in the category of cross culture human resource management in China. But in the daily operation, the conflicts between Chinese and Korean culture still occur from time to time. In this thesis, A company has been taken as an example to research the cross culture human resource management for the wholly ownered Korean company in China.First of all, the author has a systematic discussion to the culture, culture difference etc via starting from the basic theory of the cross culture management. Then it concludes the research result of the cross culture management from the local or abroad professors. It also focuses on the discussion of the defination, character and content of the cross culture human resource management and in practise the impact due to the culture conflict occurred in the multi-national company.Secondly, in the theoretical analysis part, the authore has conducted a deep research on the cross culture human resource management from these perspectives: company culture, the principle and strategy of cross culture management and some functionalities of the human resource management such as the talent selection and promotion, trainning and career development, performance management and salary package setting.Last, the author has a further analysis to the existing problem and coming challenges from the cross culture human resource management of the wholly ownered Korean company in China. Meanwhile, some constructive points have been raised to Chinese company in the field of the cross culture management on the basis of some successful experiences. Therefore, it makes the thesis more realistical and constructive in the cross culture human resource management.
