As the deepening of Globalization more and more international enterprises are trying to build their business outside of their own country in order to be more competitive in global market. The cross culture management coming from culture differences and culture conflict is playing a key role for those international enterprises'success or not in their global business.The thesis is focusing on SG company, subsidiary company of Saint Gobain Group. By interview and deep surveys, the author research culture conflict coming from China and Western culture differences in SG daily management. The results proved that in SG company there is clear difference between Chinese employees and foreign employees in management method, conduct way, philosophy and idea, evaluate and incentive system, human resources and management ,organization communication. The author also point out that education background and seniority in SG company can cause the culture conflict between Chinese staff and foreign staff.Based on the above investigation the author suggest that SG management can improve the cross culture management and reduce culture conflict effectively by transferring culture differences into positive factors, sparkpluging common company value, enhancing the internal training system in cross culture management, optimizing the internal communication system, pushing localization of management team, building cross culture team and improving relationship between Chinese employee and foreign employee in cross culture management.
