This article concentrates on international human resource management research from cross-cultural perspective, taking a multinational Company of USA(Referred as A Company below) as example.Firstly, we investigate the staff composition and current management policy, and find out the problems of current human resources management system of A company by interview.Next, we investigate the culture characteristics and the differences of A company’s employee by questionnaire survey. Then the direct adverse impact of cultural differences on human resource management behavior, such as recruitment and selection, remuneration and incentives, performance assessment, and labor relations treatment, are analyzed. Furthermore, the indirect adverse impacts of communication way, ethnocentrism, diverse individual needs and perceptions on human resource management behavior are also analyzed. Therefore, it can be confirmed that that the human resource management problems of A company are caused by cultural difference and cross-culture conflict.Finally, a four-step cross-cultural conflict digestion strategy of A company are proposed, as well as detailed cross-cultural human resources management reform scheme and operational methods, according to the mechanism and digestion process of cross-cultural conflicts.
