The deepening of the global economic integration has promoted the closer economic ties among countries,and the model of the development of joint ventures has become one of the main forms of the world economy.The great achievements of China's economic construction and the stable political environment have attracted many large international enterprises to invest in China,either solely or jointly.There must be differences in values,attitudes and behaviors under different cultural backgrounds.This is an inevitable cross-cultural topic in the operation of Sino-foreign joint ventures.How to deal with cross-cultural conflicts and promote cross-cultural management has become an important guarantee for the successful cooperation and normal operation of Sino-foreign joint ventures.The adoption of a proper and effective cross-cultural conflict management strategy will play a vital role for the joint venture to continuously strengthen its own management and improve its competitiveness in the fierce international competition.H Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sino-US joint venture.In this paper,H Company under the Sino American cultural conflict is the main research object.First,it introduces the development and cultural development of Harbin light company.Then,through interviews and questionnaires,the performance of the intercultural conflict management is analyzed,and the intercultural conflict exists in the aspects of ideology,behavior,organizational communication,decision making and human resource management,and then the internal causes of these conflicts are deeply analyzed in order to solve the problem of Kazakhstan.The strategic choice of cross-cultural conflict has laid the foundation.Finally,from the perspective of the prevention,treatment and utilization of cultural conflict,this paper puts forward the implementation ideas of cross cultural conflict management,and puts forward specific counterm easures from the aspects of innovation management,cross-cultural training,communication and feedback mechanism.Cross-cultural management has become a key factor in the success or failure of Sino foreign joint ventures.This article aims to large improvement of enterprise efficiency and significant enhancement of market competitiveness,to realize the healthy growth and benign development of the enterprise through the research on the management of cross-culture conflict,and provide a useful reference for other joint ventures to provide cross-cultural management.
