In the context of today's era,for the enterprise,human resources has become an indispensable resource.The quality of human resources management in an enterprise has become an important criterion to measure whether the enterprise has the potential for long-term development.Enterprises tend to point to the competition between the human resources.If an enterprise has a high level of human resources management,it will development better and better.Construction enterprises is an indispensable pillar industry in China,and has made an indelible important contribution in China's economic progress.China's construction enterprises improve the operation gradually since the 20 th century,so and to the development of construction enterprises is gradually stable,and made a breakthrough in the overall industry.However,there are many problems in the human resource management of construction enterprises in China: the construction team mostly from rural areas,education level is relatively low,management and technology have relatively high quality talent is relatively lacking;In addition,China's construction enterprises internal talent Management mechanism there are many non-standard place,recruitment management system,training system,and pay management system is not perfect.These problems make the important role of talent in the construction enterprises is difficult to get full play,they are bad factors to the long-term stable development of enterprises.Therefore,in this situation,improve the construction enterprise human resources management task has been urgent.This paper analyzes the current situation of A enterprises and finds out the problems of human resource management: although the quantity is large,but it lack of high quality talents;the human resources training system is not perfect;did not establish a real system of performance appraisal system;payment system is not attractive;staff lack of love for work,to find out the reasons: human resources management has not received due attention,the development of human resources management is stop,corporate culture is useless,leadership needs to be improved.Finally,put forward five countermeasures to solve the problems of human resources management.Through the research of this paper,to realize the human resource management in A construction enterprises,so as to improve the operation efficiency and competitiveness,and ensure the A construction enterprise to achieve sustainable development.
