Research On Credit Supervision For Industrial And Commercial Enterprises Of Hainan

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,enterprises have achieved considerable development,it is an important driver of social and economic development and a creator of social wealth.The administrative system for industry and commerce is China's market management and administrative law enforcement agency.The industrial and commercial departments throughout the country have accumulated a great deal of practical experience in market supervision and management for many years.With the continuous deepening of the reform of the commercial system,the market management work of the industrial and commercial departments has gradually shifted to strengthening supervision during and after the event.In recent years,the credit supervision of industrial and commercial enterprises in hainan province has been actively promoted in the cooperation and participation of functional departments,and the completion of the construction for the second phase of national enterprise credit information disclosure system(Phase ?).In the environment where the construction of the social credit system is lagging behind and companies do not pay enough attention to credit,the credit supervision of industrial and commercial enterprises still has the problems of lack of standardization in the collection and integration of corporate credit data and the failure to form coordinated credit supervision.Raising corporate credit awareness,improving corporate credit supervision methods and improving market trading environment are the only way for the business sector's corporate credit supervision.This study takes the supervision of the industry and commerce departments of the province as the object,and uses the game theory,information asymmetry theory and other public basic theories to analyze the problems of enterprise credit supervision in the province's industrial and commercial sectors.Questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the status quo of corporate credit supervision in our province's industry and commerce bureau.Through literature research,comparative research and other methods,drawing on the model and experience of domestic and foreign governments in corporate credit supervision,we explored a corporate credit supervision model and path that suits the province's industrial and commercial systems.This article is divided into eight chapters.The chapter one introduces the research background and significance,the status quo of domestic and foreign enterprises credit supervision research,etc.The chapter two is an overview of relevant concepts and theoretical foundations.the chapter three introduces the functions and enterprises of the industrial and commercial administrative departments.The regulatory advantages;Chapter four describes the status quo of enterprise credit in our province,the effect of corporate credit supervision in the industrial and commercial sector.Chapter five analyzes the problems and causes of enterprise credit supervision in the provincial industrial and commercial administrative departments.Chapter six describes the domestic and foreign government departments to the enterprise.The mode and experience of credit supervision;Chapter seven is propose the improvement of the province's industry and commerce bureau's countermeasures for corporate credit supervision;Chapter eight is summarize the main topics of the research project.
