Study On The Enterprise Credit Supervision By Huizhou Administration Of Industry And Commerce

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up,as one of the main market economy,the enterprise has made great progress,in the socialist market economy in a pivotal position.In recent years,around the industrial and commercial administrative departments at all levels are for its specific circumstances launched a corporate credit management practices,With the continuous advance of the reform of commercial registration system,changes in the current credit environment and regulatory policy for the administrative department of industry and commerce management put forward new requirements.Huizhou City enterprise credit supervision system mainly by the administrative department for Industry and Commerce led by the construction,but because of the lack of effective social integration,still exist credit system is not complete,incomplete data assessment index system in the credit system to be integrated verification,information system of the enterprise credit hit insufficient problem,the reward and punishment of enterprises in the credit system is not enough.To solve the above problems.How to solve the above problems,to build corporate credit supervision system,enhance corporate credit awareness,and maintain a fair and orderly market competition order,is the problem which placed in front of the Administration of Industry and Commerce urgently need to solve.Exploring how to effectively supervise the enterprise credit's method has been the focus of many scholars.In this study,the use of public management theory knowledge,using the literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey as the foundation,based on the current situation of Huizhou industry and commerce administration system enterprise credit supervision,analysis of the problems encountered in the process of credit supervision in the implementation,draw lessons from the administrative departments for Industry and commerce at home and abroad or similar departments in the implementation of enterprise credit supervising and managing experience and Practice,how to build a suitable for Huizhou City Administration of industry and Commerce Management System of enterprise credit supervising and managing system.The thesis is divided into five chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the basic concept of enterprise credit supervision and the basic theory overview.The third chapter expound present situation,problems and causes of enterprise credit supervision of Huizhou city Industrial and Commercial Bureau.The fourth chapter introduces the experience of domestic and foreign government departments of enterprise credit supervision for reference.The fifth chapter from the Huizhou city Industrial and Commercial Bureau,enterprise itself,industry associations and the media to improve the corporate credit supervision measures.
