The modern market economy is the economy characterized by credit and honesty. Currently, the enterprise behavior of losing credit such as fake commodity, contract cheating, falsely registering, debt evading, tax evading, and smuggling are always happening in our market. The newborn market is encountering the credit crisis. This paper has applied the theoretical tools of information economies and transaction fees, combined with demonstration analyses, elaborated the status quo and the roots of the credit deficiency of enterprises in present China, and pointed out the necessity of the presence of government departments in enterprise credit management through setting up game model argumentation in China where credit system construction is yet to be perfected. Then it integrates with the working experience, based on the reality of industrial & commercial administrative management, putting forward the functional, resource and institutional advantages possessed by industrial & commercial departments in carrying out enterprise credit supervision. Analysis and research have been made on the existing problems facing the current supervision work. Based on the research aiming at strengthening business administration and accelerating enterprise credit supervising and managing, brought forward the methods and strategies to complete the efficiency of business administration credit supervision and management.
