Food Safety Supervision Of Small Workshop In Jiangxi Province

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the production and supply of food and its market are also unprecedentedly prosperous.Food safety has also become an important guarantee for people's quality of life.However,in recent years,food safety incidents have been frequent.Most people are also deeply worried about the safety of food,and complained about the self-seeking of the food producers and the lack of credibility and the absence of supervision.Because of the unique status and role of the small food workshop in the market,how to strengthen the supervision for it has become the focus of our attention,and it also poses some new challenges to the supervision and governance ability of the government,which has also become the proper meaning of the construction of the responsibility-oriented government.This paper,based on these reasons,inquiries into this social background of food safety,and concentrates on the food safety of the small food workshop and its necessity of strengthening the supervision.By combining the actual situation of local cases,it also aims at analyzing the path and measures of the supervision of food safety about the small workshops for the local governments.Through analyzing its problems and deficiencies,this paper also provides the local government with some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and the significance of the study.On the basis of clarifying the current research situation at home and abroad,it points out the main purpose,the main research methods of this paper.The second part discusses the concepts of the small workshop and food safety and its supervision,and explains the relevant laws and regulations about the small workshop,and then analyzes the status of supervising the food small workshop in Jiangxi province.The third part,mainly combining the local practice in N County of Jiangxi Province,analyzes the present situation of the supervision in small workshops and the problems existing in its supervisions.The fourth part,from the multidimensional point of view,reveals some causes of the food safety problem in small workshop,and tries to analyze the commonness and particularity of these problems.The fifth part mainly analyzes the countermeasures and constructions of food safety supervision in the small workshop of N County in Jiangxi province.
