| Food is essential to human survival,since ancient times,although the change of dynasties,the importance of food is still firmly rooted in the hearts of the people.After the founding of new Chinese,especially since the reform and opening up,along with the progress of the society,the food industry change rapidly.Although the policy and system of food safety is becoming more perfect,but food safety incidents still occur one after another.Food safety problems have been more and more serious outbreak,shocking.The food workshops since ancient times and inheritance of China broad and profound diet culture,underdeveloped areas exist in China's urban and rural areas,urban fringe and city.Affected by China's economic development is not balanced in this factor,the food workshops of this group will exist for a long time.The study of food workshops helps to improve the theoretical system of food safety supervision,which has lots of considerable significances.This paper takes Nantong city food workshops supervision as the research object,through the development of Nantong city food workshops supervision and analysis,analyzes the causes of difficulties and difficulties in the supervision work,learn the successful experience of foreign developed areas,put forward in line with the actual Nantong city supervision countermeasures,including improving laws and regulations,the establishment of the system;the implementation of the "four and two responsibilities",build a strong foundation of supervision;strengthening supervision of the foundation,the innovation of supervision mode;strengthen enterprise self-discipline,establish a credit system.This study hopes to provide references and suggestions for the promotion of Nantong city food workshops supervision level,to research on food safety supervision as the main body of the China to achieve a certain degree of progress,so as to meet the food security needs of the growing public to lay a foundation for the protection. |
