Research On Safety Supervision Of Food Production And Processing In Individual Workshops

Food safety is the most critical link in the food issue,which is related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people.Food safety issues may affect the authority of the government,even affect the stability and development of society.In recent years,although the issue of food safety has received considerable social attention,there are more and more cases about food safety,especially those caused by small food production and processing workshops.The public is becoming more and more sensitive to food safety issues,which challenges the credibility of the government and triggers social panic.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the government's supervision on food safety,especially on the safety of small food production and processing workshops.This paper will start with the analysis of key concepts such as food safety,food safety supervision and food production and processing workshop.Taking Xi'an as an example,it will summarize the current situation of food production and processing workshop in Xi'an,focusing on the predicament of safety supervision of food production and processing workshop in Xi'an,and aiming at the west.In view of these difficulties faced by Xi'an City,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of supervision subject,management subject,social public and news media.The specific research in this paper mainly includes the following points:Firstly,the status of small food production and processing workshops in China was analyzed,and their characteristics and safety supervision status were summarized.Secondly,we investigate the food safety supervision in Xi'an,analyze the current situation of small food production and processing workshops in Xi'an based on the survey data,and synthetically study the difficulties of safety supervision of small food production and processing workshops in Xi'an according to the results of game theory analysis between small food production and processing workshops and the government.The plight and its causes.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of Xi'an city,and drawing on the mature experience,this paper puts forward a solution to improve the safety supervision efficiency of small food production and processing workshops,with a view to providing replicable experience for other relevant departments.
