Study On Food Safety Supervision Issue Of Small Workshop In Huian County

Food small workshops are closely linked with people's life.In recent years,there have been a lot of food safety incidents in the small workshops in our country,so it is urgent to strengthen the food safety supervision in small workshops.This paper focuses on the safety supervision of small workshop food,chooses Huian county as an empirical study area to analysis the status of food safety supervision in small workshops.Through the establishment of the operators' archives and the access mechanism to food small workshop,innovative supervision,sound technical support system and so on to improve the supervision ability to the food security of small workshop.Small workshop food safety risk is basically controlled.Based on the reform practice of food safety regulatory system in Huian County in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems in the food safety supervision department of the small workshop at the grass-roots level.For example,a wide range of regulatory targets and fewer regulatory resources,insufficient propaganda has led to lack of awareness of the newly formed organizations,regulators lack a variety of effective regulatory,food testing technology and funding inadequate and so on.Then this paper discusses the limitation of government single-centersystem arrangement,the lack of long-term supervision mechanism and the lack of scientific and reasonable reforming plan.On the basis of summarizing the main practices and successful experiences of food safety supervision in small workshops at home and abroad,some suggestions have been put forward to improve the efficiency and effect of government supervision: multiple ways to alleviate the lack of regulatory power,multiple channels to increase propaganda,diversification measures to improve supervision efficiency,improving the basic ability to support the food safety supervision system and so on.
