Food safety has been one of the most important topics in China since ancient times.In recent years,China's food safety problems occur frequently,resulting in many people talk about the "food safety"discoloration of the current situation.Food production is the first link in food management.If there is a problem in the production,the whole food chain will be a problem.Food workshop is still the main force in food production at this stage.Aquatic products production and processing workshop is the most demanding small food workshop for raw materials,but also the most vulnerable to raw materials problems.Material problems,then no matter how perfect the production and processing links,the final product will also have security risks.The emergence of food safety problems is not only caused by the pursuit of interests of enterprises,the current government for food safety supervision,especially aquatic products production and processing of small workshops supervision,there are still many problems.In this context,through in-depth grassroots field research,first of all,inspect and understand the status of the small aquatic products production and processing workshops in Lianjiang County,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,on the status of food safety in small workshops and possible food safety risks are analyzed and studied;secondly,through in-depth interviews and research.To understand the current situation of grass-roots supervision on small aquatic products production and processing workshops,and find out the existing problems of supervision on small aquatic products production and processing workshops in Lianjiang County by analyzing the data and data.The problems are as follows:(1)imperfect laws and regulations and poor applicability;(2)serious imbalance in the proportion of grass-roots supervisors and supervisors;(3)Lianjiang County food safety supervision system and mechanism of the existence of effective management lag and supervision departments of many poor coordination and supervision;(4)supervision Lack of means and abilities.Thirdly,through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,we can find out the causes of supervision problems in the small workshop of aquatic products production and processing in Lianjiang County.Finally,through the comparative study method,this paper analyzes the successful experience of the supervision of small aquatic products production and processing workshops in coastal areas of Lianjiang County.After analyzing the problems existed in the supervision of small aquatic products production and processing workshops in Lianjiang County,this paper draws lessons from the successful supervision experience of similar counties and cities,and puts forward three suggestions and countermeasures which are most suitable for the small aquatic products production and processing workshops in Lianjiang County,namely,1.law 2,regulatory system and mechanism 3,regulatory measures to improve the regulatory proposals.
