At present,the national electric power industry is in a period of rapid development.The rapid development of electric power engineering will provide a strong guarantee for China's economic development.Power construction is the most important part in the development of power engineering.In reality,there are many problems in the performance management of power engineering construction enterprise,which restrict the development of enterprise.In order to help electric power engineering construction The thesis attempts to combine the balanced scorecard theory with the Enterprise's realities by selecting the core indicators for the long-term development of the enterprise is established on the base of a set of balanced scorecard performance management system meanwhile makes the enterprise adapt to the current situation of development and enrich the performance management theory of China's power construction industry.Firstly,the thesis introduces the theory of balanced scorecard and performance management theory.Secondly,the Enterprise is briefly introduced from three aspects:corporate experience,corporate organizational structure framework and personnel composition by importing XC power engineering construction enterprise informationThen,it describes the current performance management program of XC Power Engineering Construction with the problems in the enterprise's current performance management.After that,the SWOT analysis has been definitized the strategic objectives which has also became the foundation of four dimensions management in balanced scorecard finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth.Next,at the view of the four dimensions,the evaluation indicators fittest to the actual situation of the Enterprise are selected,and the weights of specific indicators at different levels are calculated to use in the analytic hierarchy process.Then it constitutes the performance management system of XC Power Engineering Construction briefly introduces the implementation process of the system.Finally,XC Power Engineering Construction Enterprise used the Balanced Scorecard to ensure that the Balanced Scorecard can be smoothly performed in the performance management of XC Power Engineering Construction Enterprise by performing in the previous preparation and mid-term implementation of performance management by separately formulated safeguard measures.The thesis summaries a scientific performance management system which is suitable for the development of the enterprise by analyzing the problems existing in the performance management of XC electric power engineering construction enterprise from multiple aspects.So it has certain practical significance for the sustainable development of the current power engineering construction enterprise.As for other scholars and experts in the field,it also has certain reference significance.
