Application Of Balanced Scorecard In Engineering Performance Evaluation

There are a lot of problems in theengineeringproject management,such as department bad coordination, theparticipants can’t help each other very well so on.For downhole companyof oilfield,how to makemanagement of engineering projects effective, how to meet the needs of the rapid development road of oil field enterprise and ensure the smooth progress of the project is a top priority.However,due to mismanagement,many projects ofeach big oilfield downhole companycannot smoothly in accordance with the requirements of the partners.Therefore, we must fundamentally change the chaos of the job management in oilfield companies.Based on this, we try to introduce the balanced scorecard method oilfield downhole engineering project management, in hopes to change fundamentally solve the problem, to achieve efficient management of the project.For the project performance evaluation standardis difficult to determine and evaluation measures are difficult to implementation, This paper take the project performance evaluation of Tu Ha oilfield downhole company as the research object.According to the characteristics of the petroleum engineering technology industry,In this paper, the balanced scorecard financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth indicators design principle is introduced into the oil technology enterprise project performance evaluation.This article also designed a project performance evaluation index system of Tu Ha oilfield downhole company,and use the combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy method to determine the index weight.Finally, the paper will apply the evaluation method to performance evaluation of the Tu Ha oilfield downhole company,Through practical application, We conclude that the balanced scorecard evaluation method can scientifically evaluate the company internal departments and employees.
