Application Of Balanced Scorecard In Performance Evaluation Of Engineering Department Of CQ Drilling Company

With the rapid development of oil industry and the fierce competition among drilling companies,drilling companies need an effective performance evaluation system to stand out from the fierce market competition.The balanced scorecard is such a performance evaluation system.It helps drilling companies to realize their enterprise strategy by identifying and displaying a series of financial and non-financial indicators,and helps employees to understand and support the development goals of the enterprises.Taking the existing performance evaluation system of drilling company as the background,this paper discusses the framework,characteristics and functions of the balanced scorecard.This paper holds that the balanced scorecard is one of the key factors for drilling company to develop and improve its operating efficiency,which can greatly enhance the organizational efficiency of drilling company and the scientific nature of strategic management.At the same time,the problems existing in the application of balanced scorecard are analyzed carefully and the improvement measures are put forward.Firstly,In this paper,the performance evaluation theory of performance evaluation is used to analyze the current performance assessment of CQ drilling company,to find out the existing problems in the performance assessment of the project department and to formulate practical performance evaluation objectives.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical content and development of the balanced scorecard,and points out the significance of the Balanced Scorecard in the development of the project department,and then studies the application status and superiority of the Balanced Scorecard in the enterprise performance evaluation.On this basis,it is clear that the performance evaluation based on the balanced Scorecard is used in the engineering project department.Price ideas and methods;finally,put forward the guarantee measures of the project department in the implementation of the balanced scorecard.
