Food and drug,are essential for the maintenance of human life and safety.Food and drug safety is the largest people's livelihood and the most basic public safety in our country at present.It is related to the health and life safety of citizens and affects the health and stability of social development.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to it.After the reform of the national food anddrug regulatory system in 2013,the GN Food and Drug Supervision and Administration Institute was formally established in June 2014.Under the background of "reducing political power and devolving powers",the main battlefield of food and drug safety supervision is concentrated in township offices.The main force of supervision has become the supervision team of villages and towns.However,the newly established township food and drug regulatory offices can not be faster and better adapt to the immediate regulatory needs.The actual effect of food and drug safety supervision in GN town is far less than expected,and the situation of food and drug safety in villages and towns is worrisome.The situation of food and drug safety supervision in villages and towns urgently needs to be improved as soon as possible,which is of great significance to guarantee the life and health of citizens and property safety and to escort the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper,the methods of literature research,field investigation and case analysis are used to study and analyze the GN Food and Drug Administration Institute.By using the literature research method,we collected and studied the related research on food and drug safety supervision both at home and abroad,and got familiar with the literature review on the basic food and drug safety and supervision in the past more than 10 years,and grasps the categories that have been studied and the problems that haven't been solved yet.By using the field investigation method and adopting the combination of field observation and inquiry to carry out field investigation,we can understand the institutional nature,personnel composition,work responsibilities,division of tasks,annual key tasks,daily supervision work,special inspection work,licensing examination and approval,inspection and handling cases,food and drug regulatory objects and other basic information and first-hand raw materials of the GN Food and Drug Administration Institute,for further research and analysis,finding problems to provide accurate and reliable material support.By using the case analysis method,the case study of the GN Food and Drug Administration Institute is carried out,and the present situation of its supervision work is analyzed,and the problems and reasons of the supervision work are found out.By using the case analysis method,the case study of GN Food and Drug Administration Institute is carried out,and the present situation of its supervision work is analyzed,and the problems and reasons of the supervision work are found out.In order to solve the problems in the supervision work of the institute,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which can provide a practical and effective reference for decision making.Finally,it is proposed that "improving the supervisory mechanism and perfecting the internal system of the institute,carrying out reasonable division of labor and cooperation","strengthen inspection and inspection to enhance the effectiveness of supervision on food and drug production and operation","strengthening hidden dangers investigation,actively preventing and controlling food and drug safety incidents","strengthening special rectification,severely crack down on the illegal activities of making and selling counterfeit and shoddy goods "and" widely carry out propaganda and education,and actively mobilize social forces to participate"in the five major suggestions for improvement,it is concluded that through improving the supervision mechanism and perfecting the system and division of labor,strengthening the inspection and inspection,strengthening the investigation of hidden dangers,strengthening special treatment and extensive propaganda and education can improve the level of food and drug supervision and solve the problems in the supervision of the GN Food and Drug Administration Institute.The conclusion can make GN town food and drug safety hidden danger in controllable and manageable way,no food and drug safety accidents,and it can provide reference for similar township food and drug administration supervision.
