Through the analysis of research status at home and abroad, and connecting with the present situation puts forward the possible problems and disadvantages regulation in reality. Combined with these problems is given in this paper, the research ideas and methods.Chapter II, first of all, from the basic definition of boundary, the concept of food and drugs,food and drug safety and basic food and drug supervision etc. Several professional definition has carried on the detailed analysis, for the food and drug supervision are summarized, analyzed its characteristics.
