With the development of human resource management and organizational behavior research,employee engagement has become a new focus of attention and research for scholars,consulting agencies,and corporate management.Engagement is considered to be a predictive tool for future growth of the company's business.The object of this study is that GT Grain Group is a traditional grain processing company established to implement the State Council's reform on the reform of the grain circulation system and the resettlement of workers in state-owned grain enterprises.Firstly,based on relevant research theories of employees' engagement at home and abroad and research results of international consulting organizations,the employees of GT Grain Group were investigated and researched.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0 and EXCEL were used for GT Grain Group.The Group employee engagement survey and data analysis first classify and reduce the dimension of the data through factor analysis.It is concluded that there are five influencing factors of GT Grain Group employees'engagement,namely,compensation and benefits,corporate environment and career development,and leadership management.The work itself and interpersonal relationships;followed by the means analysis method to obtain the degree of engagement of each influencing factor.Under different demographic variables,there are certain differences in the level of engagement of the five influencing factors.In general,employees are most worried about compensation and benefits.Finally,through correlation analysis,it can be seen that there are significant positive correlations between the five influencing factors and employee engagement,and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.6.According to the related professionalism theory and the results of the survey questionnaire,the paper proposes four suggestions for improving the engagement of GT Grain Group employees based on the reasons for the problems of engagement:(1)Pay attention to employee engagement management;(2)Formulate competitive and Incentive pay and welfare system;(3)provide a good career development channel;(4)establish an efficient management system.
