In modern business management, the human resource becomes more and more important. Under "humanist" management guiding principle, Japanese enterprise already formed a systematic human resource management system. The life-time employment system, seniority-order payment system as well as the enterprise union etc., they are called "Three big props" of Japanese management. Such human resource management pattern of Japanese businesses has played a very important role in the economic boom of the country after the war. However, the long-term economic recession after the collapse of Japan's bubble economy since the 1990s have now been severely challenging the Japanese type of business human resources management mode such as life employment system, seniority-order payment system etc,. In recent years, the Japanese society from all walks of life request abolishes of the life-time employment system and the seniority sequence system. looking from the surface, the first two pillars of "Three big props" have dropped down along with the bubble economy collapse. In employing labor, Japan now emphasizes the fluidity of labor force day by day, and starts to explore the wage system under employees' abilities and achievements, and positively implement the plan of "the talented person revives", so as to make education to adapt to the enterprise development and the internationalization principle.It can be said that the Japanese unique HRM pattern is inseparable to its deep level cultural element.
